Very nice too Mark :D

The Defi ones have a control unit where you can link up to 7 gauges INSERT INTO post VALUES (or 6 BF ones) in a daisy chain effect so that there is only one electrical supply to them all and can all be set/controlled by that one unit. Pretty cool.

I am quite interested in doing this but got to try and work out best location in terms of individual mounting or pillar pod system - needs some more research me thinks

No worries mate - can I ask you a favour - any chance you could do an installation write up for the resources section for the guages ?

I need to know what is involved and the downsides to look out for

Cheers

It won't make the car much faster as it will be only slightly lighter in weight :D :D :D

However, if you lighten the contrast on the fax will that help aswell ? :D

Mo

Did you get any of these gauges and have you had chance to write the installation instructions yet ?

I have a local contact now for possible fitting of them but will not do anything until I know a bit more of whats involved and may have a mate who can help me if fairly easy.

My moby is 0771 4457977

I have been to see this guy today and looks like all systems go asap. Will probably go for the HKS gauges now - Boost and Oil Pressure - in a double A-pillar pod set up.

Need to know where the oil pressure switch is - can you help INSERT INTO post VALUES (or anyone) Mo ?

Cheers

Pete

Mo

Found some pics of the gauges you were talking about, Also found some similar ones here:

http://www.rcdevelopments.com/

They are a UK company and do a range called P Gauges and they too have a 7 colour display !

To be honest I think I will likely go for HKS/Blitz or Defi - just prefer the quality rather than the looks mate.
