I will try and fill this post with as much info as possible, I'm new to vr4's my experience is very minimal but I'll try my best, not quite sure how this should be laid out regards
Parts that definitely fit with no modifications needed and
Parts that fit with modifications? This section would seem pointless because almost anything will fit with modifications, so I think sticking with straight swap is the best route and maybe a section with DIY,able mods like coil over plug is relatively easy to do with little mechanical knowledge.

BUSHES
energy*suspension do a kit for the AWD*eclipse*1999 which fits the VR4.
enerysuspensionparts.com in the USA are a distributer, if i remeber correctly it will cost about £120 for the kit, Unathane inserts for the front and rear suspension arms and shock top mounts and manual gear shift bushes.

BRAKES
evo 4 -9 calipers fit straight on to facelift models along with the disks and pads,
Pre face lift. . . . . ?
Standard calipers with aftermarket good quality pads and disks make a huge improvement and maybe all you need and sometimes can work better as with bigger brake conversions extra rotating weight and the weight of the calipers can affect the characteristics of the car
AYC PUMP
Ayc pumps fit from evo 4 - 9, people have fitted SAYC but I'm not up to speed as to what is involved again if anyone can confirm I will edit and keep it straight to the point
REAR DIFFERENTIAL
So far I believe the diffs from evo 4 -9 fit but the evo 8 diff bolts straight in, can anyone confirm this info and I'll edit this section

18" x 8.5" rim 35 offset, with a 225/40/18 tyre will fit on a lowered car with no problems.
if the camber fix/mod is done, the rear guards need to be rolled,
17" x 7" rim 40 offset, with a 215/40/17 will fit with no issues at all,
18" x 8" rim 38 offset, with a 225/40/18 tyre will fit on a lowered car with no problems.

Sills have same part no for all cars, saloon and estate, from 2.0 to VR4.
Maybe those part number listings can lead to finding the panels for sale somewhere?

Thank you for that I will add it to the list, I'm at a dilemma with mine at the min, I don't know whether to buy the one on Ebay which is very clean and break mine or stick with repairing mine but fear the rust will always come back?
