Server Migration

We're going to be moving the site to a new provider soon.

Yes campers, some wholesale changes are afoot to reflect the way the CVR4 works.

The good news is that we'll be going for a loooong time yet!!

Not really any bad news, to be fair, just a different way of doing things that should be more beneficial to the Club, it's members and the VR-4 community as a whole. :)

Thanks Tim! Although it's not likely to look any different (at least for the foreseeable anyway).

First thing will be the migration to the new host. Apart from some downtime, there shouldn't be any noticeable changes with this.

The membership will then be getting an overhaul, and we will probably move the shop to an eBay platform. The existing shop has always been unwieldy to use, whereas eBay is easy to use and already links to PayPal.

Some aesthetics may be looked at later on, but it still looks pretty good now, so there's probably not much other than maybe a tweak or two here and there.

It is also worth specifying that none of the committee members that make sure this club run so smoothly , get paid. it is all for the good of the club.
