Have you told them about mods (exhaust maybe), and if so, how much extra ££ ????
Just out of interest like ;)

I told them about my exhaust, brakes and wheels - nowt extra.

Ditto. Non-power gain mods seem to be ignored from a premium point of view.

I've not made any mods yet...thought I'd find out what difference it made to insurance first.

I know that Adrian Flux have some idea that people that spend money on mods look after their car better, are a lower risk and get a lower premium.

I don't know if Lifesure have a similar view but it has to be worth mentioning.

I have a feeling we'll all find out soon enough (from Jimbo) whether Lifesure are a prudent choice when it comes to the crunch.

/Bad pun....sorry :embarasse

Unfortunately I won't be able to assess them, my claim is with Tesco. My L-S year was due to start about 50 minutes ago, but I had to pull the plug on it on Wednesday. One of the best deals I've ever found, and now it looks like I've missed out afterall :(

Just got insured with Lifesure, Would recommend them to anyone.
After quotes of between £1040 to £1600, Lifesure quoted £585 fully comp.

I declared it as possibly increasing the HP by 5-10. I think that is about right?
