Key Fob(s) Desynced

Hi, i swapped my fob internals over to a new case since my rubber bit snapped. Unfortunately during doing it, my fob desynced, i used my spare fob to unlock my car since i had the alarm on, but then that desynced straight after. Anyone got any idea's?

1. Why they have both desynced
2. How do you sync them back up?

I searched on the site for "key fob", nothing comes up...

Searching for "keyfob" does though... my bad lol
