I have the Ferodo DS2500s and like them. I know the Red Stuff Ceramic are supposed to be good, but I haven't forgiven EBC for the cr@ppy Red Stuff pads that lasted only 13 days and 1100 miles on my car.

Red stuff ceramic (the new ones) seem bloody good to me - hhowever the guy from 3G who sold me my new brakes said the DS2500 would last longer on a heavy car such as Skylines, VR4's etc - very honest of him i thought!!
But he reported that he has a customer who got 8 months of 'fairly hard use' in a 500bhp GTR using using 10 groove 3G discs and Red stuff ceramic.
Said customer is now using DS2500's which stop as well but may well end up lasting longer??

P.S. old Red Stuff were pretty useless on my 1100 kg FTO let alone 1600 kg VR4!!

I use Pagid blue in mine. Use them in the rally car too and they have lasted for 3 seasons hard left foot braking and are still like new. The f*&*$^%g b%&&*cks mate!

Just bought new rears and they were £83+vat but can't remember what I paid for fronts. No forget that just found the receipt. Fronts were £127.46+vat.
