Used the search option but got confused!!!
Was having a race today with a Porsche 911 turbo, stayed with it easily until 120mph and then bang, no more power with a bang out the exhaust!
Is this the speed cut thingy, never experienced it before apart from when my Scooby was overboosting.
I thought something had gone wrong but all power still there so no probs, oh and the best bit was the guy in the Porsche pulling over to let me pass!!!

I am guessing your car still has the limiter on it. Jap cars are restricted to 112mph in Japan, and need to be de-limited if you want to exceed this speed. Often this is done at SVA, but sometimes the importers are too tight to do it.

I am guessing the speedo is a little out, so quite possible you hit the speed limiter :thumbsup:

It's horrible when the limiter cuts in, especially if you're dicing at the time.
Get that delimiter fitted - I'm of the opinion that the limiter can be a safety risk on a car that gets to 112mph as quick as ours.
