I did start a thread about it.

HERE. (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6928)

But no-one appeared interested at the time.

Club stand required or what? And make your minds up flippin' quick!

We're camping that weekend, first one of the season - so I'm not going to miss that. But guess what, we're camping at Stratford  So we'll drop in a see you but may not be able to stop for the whole bit.

Hi,
Below is some more information

This meeting has now evolved from the 2004 meeting into a true multi event fully supported and promoted by Japanese Performance Magazine.

As well as Club and trade stands the two day Show n Go meeting will feature

"The Japanese Street Fighter Championships", with two sections for Drag tyred cars and road tyred cars, PLUS classes for Front Wheel Drive/ Four Wheel Drive and Rear Wheel Drive.

A Drifting circuit
Drag Strip RWYB (till 7 in the evening for silenced cars on Sunday )
Mobile 450BHP Dyno,
and even RC model cars, making this a "Must go to Meeting" for all Japanese Car enthusiasts with something for ALL tastes, ALL ages and with under 16's Free, and all for as little as only £10 per day makes this event an event for ALL the family.

Shakespeare county Raceway and Japanese Performance magazine have now committed to a multi year deal with MRC who are the organising Japanese car club to ensure this meeting is part of the Japanese Car Club community for many years to come, and with Japanese Performance magazine not now involved with Santa Pod this will be their premier motor show / event of the year .

So whatever Japanese car you drive be it,
Old, New, Fast or Slow this is the only meeting that has something for everyone in 2005.

We will keep you updated on news as it happens in the build up to this event, but would ask you to go to the website dedicated to this event and register your club for RotorStock II for the 29th and 30th of May.

RII gets better n better by the day,
We now have Men and Motors making a stand alone program about RII.
Which means we now have a DVD being made of the event by Jap Performance Mag and the track, a film crew there making the new Fast and Extreme DVD and now a TV crew !!

p.s. a late addition to the program will be TWO Jet cars running SIDE by SIDE twice on both days and thats gonna be Awesome !!!!!!!!!!!
If you have seen one Jet car run wait till you see two TOGETHER !

is it the shock of only being 1.7 secs faster than a v6? is this the problem that started to rear its ugly head on sun?

i was quiet pleased with my 1st run of 4.8 secs..... bearing in mind my car was fully clothed, & running 95 ron petrol..... in fact, It shut a few sniggering people up !! /yes , & the 'track' was nothing more than dirty, gravelly, concrety 'orrible stuff !!
as for the other 2 ?? err :embarasse dunno what happened ?? i did notice later, going back to the show with Cat in the car, that my boost was way down again ? & I got a rollocking for exceeding the 5 mph limit ! /yes :embarasse :embarasse
as for the journey home, I noticed my dump valve was not dumping, & my front suspension was making some rather nasty 'clunking' noises ??
Time to investigate........... if I ever get time that is !! /help
