Does anyone know if there are crush structures in a standard VR4 bumper? I have a EVO5/6 fibre glass bumper, and to get it certified I need to show it isn't going to affect the Airbag system.
Apparently, some cars with airbags have crushable bits between the skin of the bumper and the steel bar behind it all. My car has the steel bar part, but I need to know from someone who has seen the inside of a standard one if they have these 'crush structures'
Apparently they can look like honeycomb, or corrogated cardboard.
Anyone know? /help
