That means that they were nearly 2 million crimes solved (how many were unsolved) in 10 years. That means nearly every household was a victim of crime in the last 10 years. And I thought NZ was a safe country.
PS: Deep down I think most of these crimes solved are "Speed Camera" crimes. /yes
