Needed to call Sony this morning to find out where to send a camera for repair under warranty.
About 5 minutes later was still waiting in a queue on an 0870 number (National rate) ......... which isn't that long in comparison to some, I know.
However, slammed the 'phone down and did a search on the Internet for an alternative number. Came up with this site ....... it's brilliant! Phoned Sony on the direct switchboard line and was put straight through to the Service Dept.
