Justed added a pic. Um dollar wise I'm not to sure till I have a number of how many we would be looking at. This thread and poll is an expression of interest not a commitment. Once I have numbers, he will give me a fiqure, they are coming from a shop, not just a private importer.

Pescha, if possible, what do you think about getting this bonnet design instead? I think the curvier look is simply better for our cars, and the evo one looks a little ugly in real life

Ok so far i have dropped this kind hearted guy $100 lol.... So the deal is i can get them for $750.00 for one, if I can get a good number up we will get a further discount!

For the UK members it will be 293.289 GBP each (at this stage) and a further
117.303 GBP for postage. So a total of 410.543 GBP (without the extra discount if we buy bulk)

So if you are keen please without a further a do express your interest as this could be a good deal.

It's from a motorsport shop in Hamilton!

Yes it is the same dude, I texted him and the reserve is $850.00 as thats what he is selling them from his shop. But Cheeky ol' me have been text flirting (oops did I say that lol) to see what discount we can get!

So far it's $100 off for one, who knows if we have alot of interest it may only be $500 each (but Im only guessing!).

They are moulded off a 1997 model, but will fit older models.

Hi guys and gals, just a little update, with the yes's and maybe's for the bonnets. At this stage I can get them for $600 (233.55 GBP + p&p)each. Now if we get them he (Glenn) will need to order them, hence he needs a deposit. If there is enough ordered there will be a further discount.

This weekend for those who are interested, I will have one of these bonnets fitted. So you can see what quality etc they are.

Cheers,
Pescha!

$600 is a very good price! I need to get my $20 membership fee sorted but my bank is being a real asshole about transferring to other accounts.

So it maybe a trip down to the local bank for a chat!

Ok went and saw the guy today, we can get them for $600 (just for club members, have to provided your members card) with a $150 deposit takes 6 weeks to get here (I brought the last one today lol and he is going to get them on order now) so if you are keen we can bulk order and get a cheaper deal than $600 each (they are not crap ones trust me I have one) or individually order for $600 each. Thats not including P&P though.

The ball is in your court now, I have done the leg work!

Pescha.

P.S forgot the bit for UK members as stated in another thread.

Well brand new I can get them for £350 to your door. The company I got mine thru said it would take up to 10 weeks to get them to you. As they have to order them get them to NZ and send them to UK and they just sent one 4 weeks ago to the UK and it got there undamaged....

So if you are keen there is a £60 deposit (round fiqures) before he orders them.

Hope this helps. I have one on mine and its FANTASTIC!

I'll bring my camera tomorrow and take plenty of pics of your bonnet, and post them up here for you all - but only if I can borrow someones web space. Sam (groundcontrol, plates 'geeknz') posted up his pics on the web last time, hopefully I'll be able to post them up with him.

pfft well the picture of you at the recent meet has you inspecting a blemish, or maybe it was an airborne casualty??  :joker:

Pescha

No thats no blemish, it is where the water squirters/washers go. I got my bonnet installed for nothing (they normally charge) and when they asked hubby and I if we would like them to install them hubby basically said you have been to kind as it is, I can install them at home. So on our journey home I went to show it off to the inlaws. And what do you know they had a MAJOR problem with the ADSL sending but not recieving mmmmmm!!! So good ol' me spent 6 hours trying to sort it out and by the time we got home it was dark and we couldn't install them, so hubby said well you'll be going without them tomorrow as we discovered that the holes are slightly to small for the squirters/washers, so we have to sand the holes bigger.... Thats what I was showing Guy....

I nearly hit a bl00dy sheep going up to Bombays via Pukekawa, now that would of left a big blemish and a story to tell.

There is not one blemish or anything on my darling bonnet, just need to wax it now so it glimes lol.... It was mighty cold at 6.30am yesterday morning just washing it let alone waxing it lol....

Cheers,
Pescha!
