If any of you happen to be rummaging around in your engine bays soonish, have a look and see what fuse is installed for your fogs for me...

Mine went fzzzt the other day when I switched on the fogs - I thought it was because I've got 2x100W bulbs, but when I checked, there was only a 10A fuse in the slot. The pic on the fuse box says 20A, and there was a spare 20A fuse in the slot under the dash, so I'm not sure how a 10A got there. I'm windering if Mitsi stick a 10A in as standard, or whether it was the previous owner who can't read!

You should use a 25A fuse for 2x100W.
Normal for extra driving lights with 2x55W is a 16A fuse (15A doesn't exist i Sweden).

Is 100W bulbs alowed i England? Us swedes are only alowed 55W for street legal cars. :thumbsdow

Why Mitsubishi would use a 20A fuse for the original 2x55W doesn't make sence to me.

No. And nor are the 80W bulbs in the main and dipped beams legal either.

Which is why I only drive on the pavement :D:D:D!
