Good Luck with it  ...at first it'll be good on fuel then once your use to it it'll be thirsty, but you only get what you pay for and all Galant's have better equipment than most other make's for the size/model

Sure I will bud, can't wait to smile at my mate in his 205gti, and then see him in my rear view! :leer: Spent ages deciding on it but the more I read bits on here the more sure I am it's the best choice

Do you guys meet up regularly or just for the events? I've only ever seen one v6 sport round where I live and the only time I've seen a VR4 is on gran turismo!!! :joker:

on my V6 auto , i get any where between 26 - 32mpg on 95 ron , when i towed my trailer tent up to the other side of york last year i did most of the journey at 70 on cruise control and i still got just under 30mpg  . the last tankfull worked out at 31.6 mpg on a mixed run and that did include going to sheffeild and and doing just under a ton with wodjano on our private test track :inquisiti

why not go for a 2ltr sport/GLS then, if your only thought is about fuel /Hmmm
the 2 ltr is exact same car in all model's except for the engine..........and i know a certain 2ltr that can kick some V6'z to touch :smug:

Nah, I'll quit my whining about the fuel and just enjoy the car, wanted a V6 for ages and everything is set up to buy it on sat :leer:
Then I'll be enjoying the beast too much to care about it's thirst. Just been looking at the GLS and the flip boot is mad  How does it work?

i don't know if you all know this or not, just throwin it out there... but the EVO engine is a direct (pretty much plug and play) swap into the galant... with a few minor upgrades you can be pushing about 400hp with the EVO engine... there are 2 people in the states that have done it and their cars are absolute monsters....
