Before I get the hammer out!!!!
Once I have removed the wheel and caliper, Is it just bash the disk off with a soft hammer or is there a screw/bolt/s

Err I think you will have to remove the wheel bearing and a few bolts
But not to sure to be honest ???

Thinking about it INSERT INTO post VALUES (old age etc lol) it may not need the bearing removed just a few bolts
Have a look and see before you start unbolting half the chassis

You may find a retaining screw there - can't remember. You will also find 10mm threaded holes into which you can screw a couple of bolts. Screw these in and it pulls the disk off the hub - no need for any bashing.
