misfire when cold

Hey guys, my Legnum seems to miss quite bad when its cold, as soon as its warm its fine, any ideas?

Its got an HKS filter and 3 inch zorst.

Maybe plugs, does anyone know if this would be worse in cold weather?

Possibly any of the ignition hardware, plugs, coil, leads.

Leads can easily do this as when they warm they can expand slightly and make a better contact, if broken.

as Roberto says it could be a number of things, I would look at the easy things then work back, check the front plugs, then the coil packs and leads, then rear plugs.
