When we've had a couple of 6A13s on the dyno over here in the UK, we found that the fuelling was pretty much spot on from the factory, and couldn't find any meaningful places to justify spending the time/money on changing.
If you're already planning on swapping to a 6A13TT, I would suggest saving your money now, and put that money aside to go towards a good aftermarket ECU - and watch this space ;)
