what you are paying for is a all the R&D time that has gone into developing this kit. plus they are on offer at the moment £70 plus £4 shipping. i would have thought you could buy the individual parts for about £50 if you know the exact sizes you need to buy. depends if you can get all the parts in small enough quantities to make it viable to buy the parts for just one kit. they are not charging an outrageous price for the kit. however i would be interested in a drawing of the pump...

I don't know enough about the inner working of an auto box to help diagnose your issue. it sounds like you have done something wrong when started changing things round inside the gearbox. i would advise you to take the gear box to a auto box specialist for them to fix the issue. you might have caused more problems than you started with by fitting parts the wrong way round and driving the car further you might be causing more damage to the auto box.

here is a great video that does exactly what it say in the tin. if you dont know what a sensor does have a look at this video and it should help you understand. here is a caveat, not every engine has all the sensor that are reviewed in the video.

i believe the only reason the proportioning valve should make a left to right difference in the rear will be due to a blockage inside the valve. maybe some debris gets into the system from the fill point and then get forced through the master cylinder and into the proportioning valve which effects the distribution of the braking pressure. probably a removal and clean would be the first thing to do to see if it makes a difference. i would imagine you could clean the valve by doing the...

the proportioning valve lives on the engine bay bulkhead behind the rear turbo. you will see it as it has the brake lines running to it. i am not exactly sure how it work but i do not believe it is an active vale it is just a static splitter of braking force. So i would imagine it is just ratio of holes sizes inside the valve that governs the split of braking force. i would have to agree with @Confused garry, the proportioning would only be front to back not side to side as that...

here is a video that goes the theory and the tests that show the issues each can create. what you need to consider is i think he say in the questions that the turbo on the can has an anti surge compressor housing, so none antisurge compressor housing like the standard VR4 turbo will be effected a lot more by surge. the testing he does is not complete but it give a good indication at lower boost pressures what the outcome would be. it is a shame the full testing was not done on a...
