I know this is aimed at normally asparated engines and not forced induction turbo'ed engines but the cam shaft specs are explained very well for some one that does not know anything about cam shaft specs.

read that for a more specific explanation of camshaft info related to VR4's and regrinding camshafts in particular.
That is a great write up adam, it explains exactly what is going on with the camshafts and how a regrind work to get more lift by grinding material off the base circular.
