In the background we have been planning a migration off our current physical server onto a more powerful and cheaper virtual server.
Currently the hosting company is migrating the data from physical to virtual, once I have verified the data is intact and the site is functioning as expected I will plan a cut over, shortly after that I will start upgrading the site to a new funky vbulletin version 5.
