Not a 'Newbie' but as confused as one!

Not really 'new' so much as recently 'sprung into action' or 'can finally afford a VR4'..

Anyway, quick newbie style question...why if I click on any of the surrounding pics on Home page am I told I don't Have the 'privileges' to view them? Is there another 'tier' of membership?

I suspect there is a system glitch!

It was flagged up to the admin guys by another moderator before I got here, so hopefully sorted soon.
