After a long time the new car is nearly here ! I decided to go with a import company for peace of mind , in the end i ended up with a 98 with 38,000 miles and after reading on here i think it is a special edition ? and hopefully i will have it at the end of the month beginning of next /Steeringw here are some pics

Nice, looks like COTY edition, search here for Car Of The Year, it will be pearl white with black leather and badges at the back, may something else which I forgot.

what makes you say that ? can see a slight colour difference in some of the pics but no mention on the auction report !
Yes, it has slight colour difference and the bumper mesh is resprayed, I think it should be black.

have to say did not spot it intill you said iam usually good at spotting things like that! and was thinking the mesh would look better black lol
on the COTY the standard pre facelift wheels are diamond cut on the face and the divits painted a dark green and then laquiored in clear.
it looks like it has had a some screen attached to the dash and some kind of transmitter/reciever on the right of the steering wheels.
Ye thought the wheels had black but could be green ! And they said it looked like some sort of sat nav and had a turbo timer ?!!
the mount on the dash for the sat nav looks very well secured to the dash so you might want to try and use that mount for something else, maybe a tablet as a carputer.
My COTY had a white lower mesh (plastic Grill), when I got it, but I changed it for a black one from a trigger mauve bumper.
Same as my mrs COTY white mesh so seems like it is came like that from factoryQuote:

Depends on the route your taking but I do have three items painted in pearl white from my coty left for sale lol evo 7 front end, super skirts with puddle lights and electric ganador mirrors
Have a search and you'll find pics of my car with those 3 items on it when it was still white.
Well had the car a few months now and very happy with it not done to much apart from engine and gear box oil change plus spark plugs, o and changed the brakes all round with ebc discs and red stuff pads.Still bedding them in at the moment but much much better !! plus had the roof resprayed in a pearl black as the lacquer was peeling off !! had the mesh done at the same time which i think looks better. sounds like a lot now i read it !!
