As the title say, if anyone in the north west that wants me to get some for them, give me a shout. Probably best to pm me.

I only say north west as delivery will not really be possible. But if you push me I can possibly do it.
Obviously I want to get some, but I am limited to 15 item.
i have to get some of that. i want an oil change to tide me over until i get the parts for a full blown service
Costco's normal price for it is £30 for 4L which is a good price anyway and 4L is enough to do an oil change i never get any more than 4L out of the sump and filter combined.
but it is on offer at the moment.
do you have a costco near you richie, i am not sure if with the postage it would be that cost effective.
oil is going weigh less that water per volume as it floats on top of water. 1L water weighs 1kg so 4L of oil plus the bottle plus the packaging will probably be about 6kg. so you can work out the postage cost from that. farcelforce will pobably be about £10-£12
but if you can get it locally then that would be much better for you.
apparently my mechanic can get it for that price anyway so i may as well let him get it
i go to costco once or twice a month. as long as i buy enough to offset the cost of fuel then its worth it. tobacco usually helps but coffee is a big saver too. i did look at bookers but they are no cheaper than buying from a supermarket so i am sticking with costco. as long as i can spend upward of £150 then its worth it. funnily enough i dont go as often since i got the VR4

Dave, thanks for mention, I'm sound atm oil wise, my vr4 is still off the road.
I went along tonight, but they didn't have any on display but there was some up on the racking, so I will o back over the weekend to get mine.

FFS I paid £29.98 at my local Costco. Ended up picking up a 5W40 bottle up by mistake and had to make a second trip to swap it over. :(

it is always worth stocking up on oil as if you are going to do regular 3000-4000 mile oil changes then it is worth getting £5 off a bottle then every 5 changes the 6th is free.
I'll have a look at my local one and see if its on offer. Was thinking of switching to Amsoil after seeing Adam's engine though ;)
