I'm having both rear drive shafts and wheel bearings changed on Friday and was just wondering how much oil I'm likely to lose/ need to replace and which type. Severe Gere or ATF. Thanks

I think You will loose both.
The diff only hold between 0.5-1.0 of fluid in each side.
Before you start make sure the garage can get to the ayc fill bolt and slacken it off before the drop the fluid out. This is the ATF side.
