Hamilton Bypass

hey guys, this is one for all you tron guys.. coming south from jaffa land where do i turn off to miss hamilton? do i take the gordonton road just past the big maori cemetary in the right? or whats the story. ill be trucking my way to rotorua, and just need to miss the tron. i tried it the other day but ended up in the middle of no where. from memory it comes out in cambridge? /help

Turning left (to Gordonton) at Taupiri (just after the bridge south of Huntly, but north of Ngaruawahia) will lead you towards Hamilton East if you just follow your nose.

If you turn left again just after Gordonton you should be able to bypass Hamilton completely.

I'm not sure what the most direct route that way is, as usually I'm either going somewhere via Hamilton, or I'll bypass it on the west side on the way to the mountain.

wicked thanks mate, yeah i only ever by pass it at the BP at ngaruwahia on the way to the mountain too... ha ha we've probably been on the same piece of road at the same time. sweet ill give gordonton a crack, gotta be better than trawling through the middle of the tron trying to find a way out. :chugchug:
