John Banks Mitsubishi, Bury St Edmunds

Thinking of having go there (I am staying nearby) for annual service & MOT.

Any comments/recommendations etc?

I was going to use them for my recall work on the last car. They kept loosing my detail and never phoned back. Not sure of their actual service.

I know my current car was serviced at Colchester but I don't know how that fits in with your location.

I was staying near Nayland a few weeks ago, and went through Colchester quite a few times.

Main journeys will be Sawbridgeworth (Herts), which means no Mitsi dealer is very well located for me, except John Banks. I shall see how the charges differ among the possible dealers.
