Exhaust gasket

Had a garage look at how I could improve the sound from my exhaust, got quoted £450 for a powerflow setup which I'm considering. Anyway, on inspection he said a gasket either before or after a cat (can't remember which) had completely gone and I needed to get it sorted. Now I'm not mechanically minded enough to try and find what I need, and he really didn't explain it very well even after trying to get my head around what he was saying. Any help or links would be appreciated. The exhaust I currently have is aftermarket but not sure what brand etc. I've uploaded a picture of what he said the gasket should look like. That looks to be the same part (possible alternate source) - thats the fitment for my old V6 sport (2001)

*edit* i should point out that i cannot find any link from that part to MB687004 which is the VR4 part number - doesn't mean it isn't compatible, but just want to forewarn others tempted by slightly lower price to viamoto that it might not be the same!

The link posted was the correct part for future reference, however, there is two with it being a V6 and the other is a smaller size than the above.
