Garage Weekend - 21/22 April 2018 - Nottingham

Awesome! That'll be a bit of a long drive...!

Driving up on the Saturday morning it should be that bad. When I first met my wife she was at Uni in Notts so would do the trip most friday evenings in rush hour. That was painful on occasion.

Given that we've no idea what the weather will be like, I would suggest that at least one person brings a 3x3 (or larger!) pop-up gazebo. I've got one, which can cover the front (or back) end of one car to keep sun or rain or snow off you, but some extras won't hurt to give more sheltered area!

I was certainly grateful for it when doing my cam belt!

I have a big ground sheet we could tie up (ill bring it).

I also have a gazebo.

I am also equipped with a gazebo! :o

At this rate we might be able to make a 2x2 or 2x3 area and cover the whole driveway! ;)

To add to this, I may look to fit the tow bar and maybe replace a front to rear brake line.

And chase a minor misfire (maybe with Dave's kit :)).

Hi Nev funny you should mention a toebar I got one of those :)
But this time I found it first lol.
If of any use can bring next week came off a Galant but was my old 5/6 generation one I got in 1992.

garry do you still need a toe cover for your front bumper?

Aaaaand I'm out.

I was hoping that the clutch would be OK for the journey up and back and then was going to take it off the road while I swap it but hit the M25 last night and it's a struggle to drive.

Really looking forward to this coming weekend, should be fun! Hopefully we'll try to remember to take some photos etc so others can see how much fun we have at these things! ;)
