Changing Power Window Switch LED light

As many of you might know, it is a fairly easy to change the LED on the Power Window Main Switch. I just did mine and have some helpful photos. Only part needed is a normal 3mm LED and whatever color you like. It may take about 15 min to do.

On the main switch, only the driver's window swich has the LED, and it's the only button has the "mark" to "illuminate". Therefore the simply way is to change driver button LED only.

On the PCB, although there is a place to add LED for passenger window button, however, the button doesn't have the "mark", to even adding LED doesn't help at all. The original driver's side LED is just a dull green LED, so, you can simply change to any other color LED as you want, and it is a normal 3mm LED.

Desolder the old and solder the new LED, and that's all. I also keep the same height offset of the LED and PCB, approx 19.5mm.https://www.clubvr4.com/forum/attach...id=83705&stc=1

Assemble everything, and then has a brighter switch.
