Hydraulic tensioner is usually ok, just needs the piston to be pressed back in and held with a bit of wire till in position, then wire removed.
You can get a timing belt kit from Viamoto, with timing belt, tensioner pulley and idler pulley.
You can also get a kit with the alternator belt, and power steering belt and puylley's.
And the water pump!.
It is one of those jobs that makes sense to do it all at once as it all has to come off to get to the water pump!.
You also have to remove the drivers side engine mount to get to one of the water pump bolts!!!!!!, pain in the ass!.

The leak sounds like the water pump, not much else in that area, and when my water pump went, it was a slow drip from that side at the crank pulley.
