hallo

ive got a domain name or two of which i use the domains as email addresses, but i would like to have a web host so i can put a website together and also store some stuff on there for reference.

requirements are:
site supports php
site supports mysql
(so i can put mambo on there)

possible ssh access
ftp access

i only need about 50meg of space too

can anyone suggest someone reasonable price-wise?

I host a few sites on nearlyfreespeach and most of the FTO IT people host on there.

They offer almost everything for not a lot of money.
Very reliable too and if you have a problem it's sorted very quickly, you can even speak to the powers that be on their forum.

ClubVR4 is hosted with them also.

I recommend 34sp.com

I host three sites (askisaac.com, enscape.net and zerogain.com) there. Nice thing about 34sp is that they have no limit on database sizes.

Avoid 1&1 like the plague.

i have heard about 1 and 1 before and was advised to use them (my used-to-be friend recommended them but something told me not to..
