Just ordered some gearbox oil from Don (AMSOIL).

Very helpful and friendly, as I have the car booked in for Saturday he upgraded my order to next day delivery.

And the club discount has paid back my membership fees for this year.

Top marks to AMSOIL for service.

Amsoil in my gearbox has certainly made a lot of difference !

Very impressed, will not be using anything else in my car from now on.

I haven't tried the engine oil yet...Will do tomorro but...

thought I would add to the Amsoil appreciation thread.. as dealing with performance oils was friendly, informative, helpful and very speedy... Goods received in about 32 hours after placing order...

That, with all the very encouraging comments about their products, I will definitely be trying the gear oils/ATF next time round...

Sorry !! A bit of a thread Hi-Jack But i am a little confused..

I currently have Amsoil in my Tiptroni Box.. I have had this in from a servive i had done before Trax September 4th 2005..

Nothing strange in this, your thinking

But !! Amsoil did not register on this site until 27/10/2005..

And Oilman registered on the 07/09/2005

So where the Duck did i aquire my Amsoil from..

Was there another Amsoil dealer on this site before this time..

Anyone any ideas ?? Or even Care ??!!

There's been a club dsicount (thanks to Isaac) in the members area for a lot longer than Don has been registered on the site. I bought my first glug of the stuff by the quaint old phone method too...

And did you know they now do oil filters for the VR4? P/N EaO13 - mine's waiting for the next service...

Ahhh condor... after amsoil engine flush and new 0/30 oil..promising first impressions..

.no more ticking, which is unusual for fresh oil me ole car, as it normally dissapears after a couple hundred miles of oil an change.. will be interesting to see when the dreaded tick comes back..

Usually after 3500 miles ....

Mine cam back at around 2-2500 miles. But with regular use of Amsoil i'm hoping it'll clear completely.
