    Not new member but new Car :)

    Thought id post a few pics and a list of what things im doing.

    1996 Legnum Type S
    74K on the clock, fresh import.

    Purchased so far:

    UK Spec Battery
    New Wiper Blades
    New steering gaitors

    Things to do:

    New GS-D3 225/50R16's all round
    Black Diamond grooved Discs and DS2500 pads
    Full flush of all fluids, All replaced with Amsoil and new Fuel,air,atf and oil filters.
    New passenger front wing sprayed and fitted.
    Both doors on drivers side resprayed.
    Various scuffs touched up.
    Crack in front bumper mended.
    Tailgate glass tinted.
    Refit Razo stainless pedals.
    Refit Razo turbo timer.
    New load liner.
    Various bits of internal trim which have burn marks in them.
    New drivers seat. (due to afore mentioned burn mark)
    Fix or replace Alpine Jap stereo.
    New towing eye cover.

    Oh and Club VR4 stickers

    That will do for now

    Just a comment on your list of things to do...

    I wouldn't advise putting 225/50R16 GS-D3s on those wheels. I tried that and found the tyres rolled too much causing an odd sensation with handling. With the car parked up, you could push it and see it rocking on the tyres. Changing to the facelift wheels made a fair bit of difference, even though they are 1/2 an inch wider. (plus different offset)
    I think you would be better sticking with the 205/55R16s or changing wheels.

    I would seriously consider new wheels then!

    Put it this way, went around a corner fairly agressively and came out with the car rolling all over the place, even my passenger said "WTF was that?" stopped the car and checked everything, thought something was broken

    after that, took it easy till I changed the rims.... could get 2 ayc bars just by giving the steering wheel a little wiggle

    Kenneth is definately right, the tyres were shaking like a giant mountain of jelly not recommended

    Thanks for the advice guys.

    Tyres are now 205/55R16's Managed to catch my supplier before he got the 225's in

    Once again another reason to love this club and the advice it gives

    No pics as yet, interior is non mmcs bog standard. cloth trim the usual.
    But its kinda growing on me.
