Have you seen your local web site www.motioncars.com. It is based in the Philipines. It has two good reviews on the Galant Gti-16v and the Galant VR.

What model have you got. I've read they have some MiVEC equipped models there.

Yeah, I think I browsed over that site a couple of times. Yes, I believe we have mivecs here but mostly, I think, are conversion or imports from Japan. I drive a 99 Galant SS. 8G Galants are rare here in manila. You seldom see these cars on the road, but the 7th Gen galants are everywhere. These are the ones equipped with mivecs.
