Random stuff for trade or free

Think this may be a good idea, lets make a list up of all the random stuff we've got around the place that we won't have a need for any more. I know some other members in auckland have got a ton of random spare parts that aren't really worth selling, but could be handy

I've got a ton of spare engine parts here, various bolts, tubes, almost complete loom, injectors, washer bottle and various other bits from the engine bay.

Anyone else care to add to the list?

Doubt that anyone would want a PFL auto ECU and a K&N panel filter...

i still have one front fender in excellent condition, was meant to use for my old Galant, but never did and it just sits there. Will also fit Legnum if anyone interested its blue in colour. Also have a standard side skirts from my Galant, purple in colour. After i fitted the bodykit the side skirts just sit there catching dust if anyone wants it they can have it. And as far as i know they will also fit Legnum. Thats about all from the top of my head, if ill find anything else ill add to the list/.

Anyone dumping a factory IC that I can attempt to fit to the Mirage ?
And left over piping ? Got to be btter than the little side mounted thingie it's already got up front.
I've already ripped out the aircon cooler to make room.

This is turb but I'd be interested in taking a look at an ECU if it's heading for the bin. Ain't ever peeled one open before to investgate the innards. If you really don't want it let me know.

X - I've got the pipe that comes up from the intercooler to go to the throttle body and a stock BOV. Dunno if it will fit though! I think I have a few bits of the stock flexi piping around which you are also welcome to

its just been sitting in the boot of my hillman for god know how long i think its the one from the transplant engine so itll be from a lancer... same engine though i tried selling it on trademe for $10 and got no bites lol

Brad - I'll take a quick measure comparison between my VR4 and the Mirage piping/fittings and see how close they are. Get back to you soon. No hurry though, this is a long term project. Got to get it legal first, then mod it !!

Might measure my VR4 IC and see where it would fit across the front. BOV already on this although pretty old.

Johny - whereabouts are you, anywhere in Akld ?
Nah, there's not much demand for them now, the cars are rarer. All the 4G61NZ boys are on turb now, no NA models. My previous NA was one of the last around in the club. I picked this up as an unfinished project for $1200 to keep me busy in the garage. Not sure what the final beast will be.

the original owner had it for less than a week and snapped the cambelt while doing 8000 rpm in second...
cost me like 900 to get it going lol
