The best mod if you've got a facelift is "Brembo". Second hand sets will cost you about £200 if you keep your eye open on Fleabay. Otherwise your stuck with standard calipers and uprated discs and pads.

Have a "search" on here. Loads of info.

Oh and welcome to the club!!!

An alternative is CRN Products up this way. Mike (miller) got some upgraded discs from them earlier this year for a frankly ridiculous £80 (or thereabouts), plus postage, although he had to ring up to get that price. Evo IV fitment is the same as the VR-4. Their website is http://www.crnproducts.co.uk/catalog/index.php .

Alternatively, those EBCs and Red Stuffs of Derek's are the same set-up as what I run, and I am happy with them. Standard calipers are ok - although you may be interested in having them refurbished, possibly. Kieran did this with the brakes on his car (have a look for his For Sale thread for details).

Slightly off topic, but what is happening to the spelling and grammar in this country? . Since when did you use an apostrophe-s (as in the thread title) to make a word plural??

    Dear oh dear...
