M12 are easy to source!
I have lost track of the number of kits i have sold now, but it is in the region of 60. That means over 400 bolts. At some point they are going to run out of stock. I have not found anyone else that supplies M11 bolts, let alone with a 1mm pitch and hardened.
M11x1 is indeed very hard to find. Are you sure it has a pitch of 1 and not 1.5? 1.5 is a more common metric fine thread.
And if there is no stock left and any other suppliers that can deliver these bolts we can always go up to M12 bolts as last resort.
Nick I would be interested in this kit once you have them back in stock.
My car is still off the road with my gearbox missing 3rd issue but this should be shorted out in the new year.
And seeing the gearbox has to come out might as well put a clutch in.

As i have now caught up on some sleep, i should probably clarify i would be after bolts as well as spacer

They say there is a fine line between hobby and mental illness...
I am 99% sure it is a 1mm pitch.
Are these kits still available
My kit turned up yesterday looks great.
Let the manual conversion begin.
Thanks Nick
Have fun!
Given that I am doing a auto ->manual conversion, with this kit the starter motor just stays in its original place? The spacer surely moves the flywheel which the starter engages, right?
The more you know, the faster you can go. And I still don't know enough.
Installed an evo flywheel a couple of weeks ago using this kit. Worked like a charm thanks again @Nick Mann
Almost forgot I had it tooo
The spacer moves the evo fitment flywheel to the correct place for the starter ring and the release bearing also ends up in the right place.
If you use a stock VR4 flywheel do not use this kit!
Nick I messaged about this a while ago, im now due a clutch change, ive got an evo flywheel and an evo gearbox, have you get any of these in stock? I could do with one asap as im gonna have to change this clutch very soon, sadly the car was flooded and the clutch stuck to the flywheel its now free but I think its left debris on the flywheel, it sort of drives but im gonna have to change the clutch this next week regardless before its futher damaged, so I need a kit like yesterday, the first time round I just cut out a spacer front another flywheel so id like to recify that lol
Sorry, I don't have one in stock and my engineering shop aren't sure when they can make another run. I will post up when I have more info.
Hi all,
I have taken over "ownership" of the converter kit, with Nick's permission, and now have some in stock and for sale!
You can grab them direct from my website at https://www.adaptiveengineering.co.uk
