    Awesome. Excellent work Kat

    Have some rep

Do you know what might normally be located in those 'spare' locations? Maybe stuff for the UK cars like cruise, headlamp washers? How about cold spec vs warm spec VR4 differences?

just thought i would ask, what about the relays above the cabin fuses.

first one on the left is heated rear window relay

the one above that is the heater relay.

    Bye for Now!

    Dave.

I have to re-take the picture for the cabin one as I'm missing the spare 10amp fuse in that pic, so I'll make sure it includes those relays and the descriptions for them too !!

    Gee,

Hard crowd to please, GalantOnly, your update included notations regarding Cruise control, AFAIK VR4's didn't come with factory cruise, so should I assume this post relates to V6 24, just want to confirm accuracy before I update the original post seeing it only relates to VR4 fuse block.

But yes, I hadn't noticed that 15amp fuse, what a PITA, I just went down and bought a single fuse for the spare... LOL time to make another trip to the spareparts store... well spotted thank you !!!

This is pretty cool..... sorry to hijack this thread a moment, but the blue fuse in the bottom left hand corner of the fuse box from under the bonnet. Labelled as 100 amp fusable link, what is it for?..... the main reason I would like to know is mine has completely melted, it hasnt caused any issue for the two years I have owned the car........... also if anyone knows where I can replace it and how to remove it... that would be awesome!!!!

There are two tiny screws that fasterns the bottom of the fuse with the wires. Remove them and just pull the fuse out

Thank you both, Kitty and GalantOnly, I figured the screws were simply holding the connecting wires inplace, and put the difficulty in removing the bloody thing to the fact it had completely melted......

I am hoping I'll beable to replace this tonight.......... thanks again,

Can this be put in the resources for future ease of finding please?
why fix it the right way first time - when excessive swearing can occour when it all goes wrong when you don't?

Now with 5.7 liters of V8 muscle
