How much has it cost you then?

Ok so valentines day is here. Another great expense for us males!

Just rang up too book us into a local Indian that usually charges around 15 a head but tonight its bumped it up to 25 a head. so with drinks on top plus the card and flowers and what not its going to cost me around 70 quid. Call me tight but might have to be a night in with a film next year.

I know what you mean mate. Its also our wedding anniversary so its cost me a small fortune.

Thought I was being smart getting married on Valentines (only one gift). How wrong was I

Wife's out working tonight so I don,t have to fork out on the meal yet.

At the end of the day though I wouldn't change her for the world & she's worth every penny
The mighty Leedsnum has gone but the Airtrek mods will soon fill this space

I thought that valentines were a secret supprise, as I've known the wife for twelve years its no secret anymore.

She buys me chockies every year and lets me choose the first one-she then scoffs the lot

Somebody else puts a National Newspaper Valentines Announcement " To Geraldine from "B" " in every year.
She's always been most satisfied with that, so who am I to let her down!

I think I'd like to meet this B and buy him a drink. He's saved me loads.
    Cheers,
    Barney
