    PCV valve (one way valve) on front rocker cover. & Spark plugs

    It seems mine is making a right racket almost like the valve inside is very worn almost like a vibrating sound while engine is running. Anyone know if its the same item as fitted to the VR-4?
    Part number 01130.

    I need to change the plugs also as its now clocked up 59k so really just asking if Bkr6eix11 are ok for the v6?
