    How did you find us?

Just wondered how you found the site? I found it after a google search when I was looking to buy a VR4.

Now we are handing out business cards and flying the flag at shows, how many stumbled accross this club in the real world rather than electronically?

I suppose I was "Word of mouth". A few of us were lurking over at the Galant Centre in the European Galant section. I think Japmetal, Scottish Ian and Ritch_W came over from there!

I had already purchased my VR4 as I'm a terrible impulse buyer... (I knew zilch about them)
About a week later, I had a little search on google for any details on my new toy, and up CVR4 sprung.
It was still early days back then, but I stuck with it cos I knew it was going to be a winner...

Ditto We did a search the night we bought the car and found out all the horrible expensive bits - don't care though, best fun we have ever had with a car :-D

I chose Other because I got here through The Galant Center. I was looking for a Galant and found out there were 8g VR-4s and got all excited. I visit here a lot but never regged.. I'm usually just here to drool over the fancy cars... And hoping that maybe one guy wants to send their car to the US for me.

I put other too as I was lurking on the Lancer Register, being a fully paid up member there, when Pete and Barry suggested setting up a new site dedicated to our cars.

Ah, the first Japfest at CC, I remember it well. Did anyone ever do an article on it? I'm sure it would be a wonderful piece of history to add to the site.

I bought my legnum and did a google search.... Found Big daves homepage and emailed him about his lovely exhausts, his reply was to point me in the direction of this site.

Mr Mann is to blame for me too..... my clock was doing the timewarp thing - so rather than continuing to hit it I googled it and found Nick Mann's article on fixing it...

Heh! Sorry - only just caught up with this thread. It was me - much to the disgust of the friends I was with. I don't think they understand how geeky I am when it comes to my car!!

It was my first TT and I will never forget it. Absolutely awesome. Incidentally - I was back over at the end of July and I think I saw you again, filling up at a Shell station on the TT circuit. Are you there often?
