    Why can't I use web chat? comes up with log in screen, type in my details, but nothing happens.
    Might be something so simple I will kick myself, but at a loss at the moment.

    It's working for me, what happens when you hit return? Blank screen? Userid and pass fields clear? An error message?

    Ok, just tried again today, it works fine now.
    Last night it just kept coming up with the log in box, blank screen behind it.
