    MPG and boost control

here is a little bit of info i found out recently.

i had an EBC connected in and had it set to 7 psi with no start psi so it should be working like the normal factory boost control.
on a run i got 22mpg motorway miles (manchester to york) doing 70mph ish
i remove the EBC and fitted the standard factory boost control
on a run i got 29mpg motorway miles (manchester to birmingham) doing 70mph ish

now in my opinion the difference is too great just to be different driving conditions.

however manchester to york is the highest motorway in the England so it is up and down over the mountains.

    what do you think

    Bye for Now!

If Manchester to York is more up & down mountains I would expect to use more fuel cause your having to put the foot down a little more to climb the hills.
The mighty Leedsnum has gone but the Airtrek mods will soon fill this space

You can't compare 2 different routes. No point in even speculating on possibilities until you do a fair test.

true if thats the difference on a back to back test it would be worth investigating.
