Both rear arches for a facelift Galant VR4

Hello,

It's a bit of a long shot but i've got 2 knackered arches on the back of my Galant (98 facelift in pearl white) that really need replaced! Both inner and outer!!

Has anyone got arches with no rust on a car being broken? Also does anyone know if the rear arches from the Legnum will fit? To give you an idea of the extent of the problem i reckon at least 3-4 inches both inner and outer will be needed.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, another person who hasn't got any arches to sell you. Just for your information though, you need arches of any UK saloon or and prefacelift VR4 but if facelift it must be a type V. Facelift Type S cars have a plastic wheel arch extension that clips to the wing - the arch has half a dozen holes in for the clips to pop through. So asking for arches from a facelift VR4 is limiting your choices to mostly ones that will be awkward!

Cheers for the info. Wasn't aware of the rear arch differences. My local scrappy sometime has Galant's in, need to keep an eye out with grinder ready!!

Ok have a brand new arch designed for an estate, can't remember which side and I don't know if they're compatible.

I'll check the side, and hopefully someone more knowledge can confirm if they'll bee compatible!

For info it's just the 5 or 6 inches (max) round the arch I actually need to replace the knackered rusty bits. Can grind out the bits I catually need.

It is 43 EUR (~36 GBP) per side, plus shipping of course.

They sent one through, then told me the other was out of stock and they didn't know when they'd have any more, so refunded me (what a hassle that was!)

So, I've still got the one that I've got.
