Forged Pistons and Con Rods

I'm thinking about selling my engine bits that ive got lying around.

I was going to build an engine which was originally for my legnum, then moved into my Mk1 golf... but instead I have now been consumed by the displacement bug and I feel that using anything with less than 5l and 8 cylinders would just be a waste.

Still not fully decided yet though, so just gauging interest to see if anyone would be in the market for them.

So they are custom designed JE pistons with extra oil relief and ceramic crowns and I beam forged conrods. They are brand new and still in the box and come with rings and gudgeon pins.

I also have a bottom end with new matched bearings (mains are in, big ends arn't as the rods arent in, but I do have them here) and a New Mitsubishi oil pump. All that you would need to finish it off is a set of ARP studs (mains and head), gasket set, timing belt kit and whatever you wanted to do to the heads.

Obviously this stuff was not cheap, far from it, and I am looking to try and recoup close to what I have spent on them if I do sell.

Cant tell you a price, as that's the new owner's prerogative, as for a car its going into a legnum. Thats about all I can say. Not sure if they want other's to know whats going on yet or not, but there should be some interesting cars appearing this year finally!
