Is that any better?
Ok I have literally no idea what that means but it killed a couple of minutes
Possibly the only VR4 that was driven by the current owner before being registered..... & it's a UK car
I think, you will need some teins coilovers which just to happen lay in my garage, one rear shock-absorber
need to be refurb which can be done by tein uk and, if you bothered, all set could do with lick of paint on them. PM me offer if you interested or need more info.

Do these poly bushes create a lot of extra road noise?
yes i have been struggling to remove the inner bushing from the front lower arm, even with a 4 tonne press. i might have a go with a 10 tonne press that karl has access to.
it is not an easy thing to do, but i did buy a set of bushing press plates so that should help get them out.
these are the actual bushes in the energy suspension kit.

Bye for Now!
Have you made your mind up on whether you want to go the custom spring route, keeping it stiff but not lowered or the coilover route?
Not being negative, but can't see lower curved arm candy-like bush, and IIRC lateral lower front arm require 2 bushes (4 in total).
Also, you don't need shock mounts for coilovers, and gear shift bushes rather make your self-esteem better than anything, IMO non relevant to improve handling.
Ex: Galant VR4
Running 268 HP ATW and 443 Nm torque at 0.9 bar
Now: Lancer Evolution 8 FQ-300
Running 325 HP ATW and 510 Nm torque at 1.6 bar
Although the information is received with gratitude, I can't help but feel this threads become slightly derailed
I want to buy bits, either from other users or a clear and concise shopping list to meet my needs
