Right guys the time has come to place your orders
I have received the go ahead and have prices etc. The options that are open to us are detailed below. I have listed them so they are easier to see:
Sizes: XS/S/M/L/XL/XXL/XXXL/XXXXL
Colours: Navy Blue/Black
Final price will vary depending on your requirements, please find a breakdown of the costs below:
Polo Shirt: £5
Then add:
Front Logo: £5
Large Rear Text (right across back): £6
Small Rear Text (same size as text on front logo): £4
Name on Left Sleeve: £1
Name on Right Sleeve: £1
Therefore the most expensive combination will cost: £18
The cheapest will cost £10 (unless your a boring fart and have nothing at all on it lol)
I won't go into the cost of all the combinations as I'm sure you get the picture.
At this point I just want to reiterate that the shirts are Polo Shirts and the designs will be embroided on.
The front logo will be your choice of the 3 below (there will be no background, it will simply be the polo shirt colour):

The names on the sleeve will be whatever you require.

2. Delete my details and insert your requirements into the relevant fields. As stated above please stipulate qty's of each size/colour if ordering more than 1.
3. Click 'submit' and post your order as a reply to this thread. I will check the thread as often as possible and will be populating a spreadsheet on the side. Once ordering is over, I will then finalise the spreadsheet and post a link to it so everyone can check and confirm their requirements are correct before I submit them.
I am having a sample shirt made up and will post pics as soon as it is ready so you all know what to expect.
Although there is no deadline and I am now allowing trickle orders for the next couple of weeks I urge you to get your orders in as soon as you've decided to ensure that you are not disappointed. There is a now an option for those of you who wish to have a a shirt but without an outline. This is different to that of option 13 from the poll so that it keeps the uniformity of the shirts etc. Those of you who have a burning desire to have option 13 please specify and as I said I will do my best to sort it out for you.
***ORDER PRIORITY***
As I am quite conscious of the timescale my plan is this:
Priority will go to those members attending the event. i.e I will get 1 shirt for each attending member made up first. Then I will get 1 shirt made up for each of those who are not attending. Once everyone has 1 shirt made I will then move onto the multiples if people have ordered more than 1. Again priority given to those attending the event.
Personally I think this is a fair way of doing it so as to ensure that all attending members have their shirts ready for the event. Of course this is just thinking of worst case scenario. All shirts should be made up on time but it depends how many of you order and what multiples you order too.
Payment will be collected in once all orders have been received.
