If you just dumped the old and filled with 4-5 ltr of new then you have only done half the job. You need a good 12 ltr to do a full flush, there is an article here with a full description somewhere.

Did you do a proper full flush which involves disconnecting one of the two upside down hoses next to the battery and flushing out the torque convertor and transmission cooler by running the engine whilst topping up with fresh fluid. This requires a good 12 ltr of fluid and is considerably easier if there are two of you, one to collect the drained fluid and the other to turn the engine on and off.

You might have done the correct job but not with the correct fluid in the circumstances. The SPIII is the correct ATF but will not assist with stripping out the gunk/ varnishes etc. We have an auto box flush which is cheap enough and I know of no one else that has one for auto boxes. You will however then loose the new SPIII. You then need Amsoil ATF which is detergent based and exceeds SPIII spec. It will continue to clean the gearbox internals in service. This will maximise the package of what you have. It is not however a mechanic in a bottle. It sounds like the car has been driven into the ground and would usually require a new gearbox; however with Amsoil ATF you could still effect a remarkable 'save'.
Be sensible to now spend on full membership; the discount you will get on the Amsoil will likely exceed the membership cost never mind giving you access to 10 years of combined worldwide knowledge form guys who are actually hands on.
If you have a problem with getting Amsoil just contact me on 07949 944523 email don@performanceoilsltd.co.uk or web at http://www.performanceoilsltd.co.uk/

Indicates the "limp home" mode - if you ask me, the gearbox is dead and needs to be replaced.

yes the N light flashes and the car only goes into 3rd gear. it is limp home mode to stop you damaging any further.

what did you use for diagnostic, tell me it was not evoscan, it is not reliable for error code.
use the flashy dash to see what the error code are.
have cleared the code with a battery disconnet and the run the car to get the code back. again do not use evo scan to reset the code, it does not always work. you need a definitive answer sop do it by a battery disconnect.

problem solved guys,it wasn't the transmission or the oil,the problem was the wiring from the TPS which controls the shifting of the gears,i striped the wiring and realized the wires was broken, the car works great now..........

it was the sensor in front,i did a continuity test in the three wires and realized,i was only getting continuity in the centre wire so i cut the three wires and used fresh ones, and that solved the prob........
