looking for engine info for galant 2.5 twin turbo v6

hi guys

looking for some info regarding engine tappets .

i have a jap import galant twin turbo 2.5 v6

i am going to replace the tappets but am unsure if they are hydraulic
and also need to know how many tappets i need to buy.

anyone have any idea ?

yes tappets are hydraulic.

24 required, one for each valve.

you know where the jap manual is, just translate the bits you need.
or just look at the uk spec v6 2.0L 6a12 engine option and the hydraulic tappet replacement procedure is the same

apparently the engine will sound tappity because of the high lift cams .

is this correct ?
