Just another update on my remarkable.... resilient mum

I'm going again on Friday with my bex, &..... as requested by mum... i'll be armed with onion bhaji, pickle tray, pilau rice, garlic keema naan, poppadoms & a lamb balti jalfrezi !!

In less than 3 weeks time, mum will be 96 !!!!

Remarkable is an understatement !! She is now walking..... a few steps, aided.... but a few steps

18 months bedridden, nearly died 4 times, & now on her feet at 96 !!

So longevity in the family - get choosing your preferred style/colour of disability scooter, brand of stairlift and zimmer frame with/without shopping bag...

Just another update on mum.

Still fighting fit yet fast heading towards her 98th birthday!!

Permanent wheelchair user, but has been to Nottingham, red car and out for a few curries lately!!

Doing well! On Saturday we had a meal out at a local pub with my nan, who is 102! Some of these people obviously have a survival gene....

Thank you for your kind words...... I knew I would get them here rather than social media. sm's response mostly was " yeah.... whatever" !!

passed away peacefully in her sleep after a short illness ......but.... she has been passing away peacefully for years !!

sadness, yes.. but more relief...... she could not continue any longer. TY CRV4 friends x
